The "Golden Time" for Healing

Korea is famous for its "Fast Recovery" protocols. From minimal-incision techniques to advanced deswelling lasers, we help you get back to your daily life faster than anywhere else. Most patients enjoy shopping in Gangnam by Day 3.

Day 0 - 1

Surgery & Rest

The most critical time. You will feel groggy and tight. Rest at your hotel is mandatory.

  • Pain: Managed with prescribed painkillers.
  • Activity: Bed rest. Bathroom trips only.
  • Diet: Soft food (Porridge/Pumpkin soup).
Day 2 - 3

Peak Swelling

You will look your "puffiest" now. Don't panic! This is normal healing. Light walking helps reduce swelling.

  • Care: Ice packs (15 min on / 15 min off).
  • Activity: Light walking in the hotel/street.
  • Shopping: Possible with a hat/mask/sunglasses.
Day 5 - 7

Stitch Removal (Freedom!)

The turning point. Stitches for eyes/nose are removed. You will feel instant relief from tightness.

  • Visits: Clinic visit for stitch removal & check-up.
  • Washing: You can finally wash your face gently!
  • Makeup: Light skin makeup allowed (avoid incisions).
Day 10 - 14

Safe to Fly

Major swelling has subsided (60-70%). You look "socially presentable." Most patients fly home now.

  • Flight: Fit-to-fly certificate issued.
  • Appearance: Looks like you had a good cry (minor puffiness).
  • Work: Ready for desk jobs / Zoom calls.
Month 1 - 3

The "Wow" Result

Residual swelling disappears. The final contour reveals itself. Scars fade to a faint pink line.

  • Exercise: Gym & heavy lifting allowed.
  • Sauna: Allowed.
  • Feeling: Numbness resolves fully.
